Vinegar smell
So my 4 month old will smell like vinegar when she sweats. It started around 3 months. I can bath her and she will smell amazing and take a nap, and that's it smells like vinegar. Is everytime she sweats. Her body gets hot very easily so she sweats a lot. Does anyone else has this issue? Not sure what to do
