Hi mamas!

So after a long day of working 2 bartending shifts, (about it 11 hours) I got home and plopped on the couch on my side, a few minutes later I got up, not to quickly or anything because I’m freaking exhausted, but as I stood up I got a sharp stabbing pain that made me immediately yell in pain and curl up on the ground 😫

No blood or anything yet, but holy crap that hurt! I feel okay now my uterus just seems sore,

I immediately went to take a shower because to top it off when I curled up on the ground I laid right in a puddle of dog pee that my puppy had apparently left 🙃

I’m a little past 20 weeks right now, has this ever happened to anyone?
