What do you eat in a day?
For breakfast, I have 2 chocolate protein bars (9:00 AM).
For lunch, I usually eat a meat (chicken, beef or fish) with salad or rice. (Noon)
For dinner, I would eat salad and a meat. (6-7 PM).
Afternoon snack is usually a fruit.
I only drink water all day long.
Is that too little or too much?
I ask because I’m always weak and dizzy but not hungry so I don’t know. My sugar levels are fine, so is my iron. Doctor says I’m fine. But why am I so dizzy. I literally can’t stand for more than 10 minutes without almost seeing black and fainting.
Sorry I’m 24 weeks pregnant and my BP is usually 114/60.
