Not sure if im in the right group. I'm currently pregnant first time and my mother's bfs mom looked at me today and told me after my 3 child that I have to sign a paper to get my tubes tide and if I don't willingly sign they'll take it to a judge. I told her that they can't do that it's malpractice. Am I right!

Update: she says the doctors will try to have it done and I'm pregnant with my first. I'm sure it's malpractice if a doctor forces that upon you
