What product do you recommend to prevent stretch marks and help your body look it's best after baby?

Water. The only thing that's been proven to help not get stretch marks is staying super hydrated which makes your skin more elastic and stretchy. No lotions or creams are going to do anything. Also, if your mom got them, you'll probably get them too. You can lessen the blow by drinking tons of water though! Good luck.

Whilst external creams can help, the integrity of skin is greatly related to zinc and vitamin c status as they help to form collagen, and hold skin tightly together to prevent stretching.. Just something to keep in mind!

Use these twice a day (switch it up betweem them, dont mix): mederma strech marks therapy cream, mustela stretch marks double action cream, trilastin maternity stretch mark prevention cream, and l'occitane almond supple skin oil (all sold on amazon). And, do NOT ever scratch your belly if it itches.

It's mainly genetics. You can use products to help your skin stay moisturized, but it has to do with the amount of elastin in your skin. My mom didn't get them, my sister didn't get them and I didn't get them. Luck of the draw!

I whipped together Shea butter, almond or coconut oil and glycerine. Applied it religiously through my pregnancy. Don't know if it was because of this mixture, but didn't get s single stretch mark.

My mom doesn't have any stretch marks from either pregnancy (2) but I have so many all over my stomach & arms by my arm pits. I was using Bio-Oil & I did notice a difference but I stopped using it (just bc I kept forgetting lol). Maybe that'll help you!
