So this is a few years old but I came across a discussion on it. A 20 year old woman was babysitting an 11 year old boy. She ended up stripping off and having sex with him. Her defence “i fall in love too quickly”

The boys father defended her by saying: “it was a notch on his bedpost” and “he was sex mad and fully up for the experience”

The son was uncomfortable with it and expressed this. He was ignored.

The judge made this statement: “Having read everything before me, it was quite clear he was a mature 11-year-old and you were an immature 20-year-old so that narrows the arithmetic age gap between you.

"I have read the comments of the boy's father to the police where he doesn't consider you a typical 20-year-old.

"I have also read what he has said about the effect on the victim.”

She was made to sign the register for 7 years and given a 6 month sentence, suspended for 2 years.

People have said that SS (CPS) should have launched an investigation due to his father defending a paedophile.

Also, the son should be removed from his father’s custody and the judge to be struck off for letting her get away with it.
