What can you do if the problem still hasn’t gone away about bugs in the unit you moved into. It’s been over a month and half and I am due in less then 2 months.

They bombed 2times. Baited. I keep it immaculate in here.

The neighbors never told the rental property they had them and now it’s out of control. I’m worried about my children’s health, mine and of course my new baby.

EDIT: they are fully aware of the problem. They have sprayed other units but mine was previously sprayed so they only did the bait. My friend, also pregnant, with children is in the other building and has the same problem she moved in a month before. And her neighbors moved in this month and have them bad, I seen theirs last night with my own eye when I told them the places I’ve seen them in mine. They keep telling us that it takes time which we have understood. But it was a month and half before they sprayed the other units and now both of us are finding them in ours more and more. Where there’s one... there’s 100 more. I love my place but I can not deal. The bugs aren’t the only issue. They still haven’t came to patch a hole in my ceiling which my bfs company is invoicing them for fixing it for me because the tub upstairs leaked when we used it. My entire family is sick. Idk if it the bugs or mold in the walls from the water. But we leave and we can breathe after an hour of being out of the house. The carpet in the living room and downstairs room is so nasty feeling and there’s exposed nails which they said would be taken care off immediately after moving in. She came yesterday to look finally. The smell is gross in here. I can’t explain it. I have plug ins going at all times and 3 scentsy pots downstairs alone, my room living room and kitchen. I know for a fact that 2 people in our complex have them, one shares a wall with me, the other shares a wall with them because the bug guy said it’s from my neighbors unit where the problem is.

I’ve called fair housing authority. Legal aid to get numbers and other places. This is an issue amongst the actual company I found out from a couple people last night they had the issue and had to throw out all their stuff. I can’t afford that. I have nice things and my home is always clean I’m very ocd. My stress levels are through the roof and I’m sick of crying.

Is there other stuff I can do in the meantime to keep them away?

Should I withhold my rent until this is fixed?

I told them this must be gone before my baby is born. Is that a bad demand?
