PCOS diet

Let me start off by saying I DO NOT want to do Keto or any other LCHF diet. I don’t personally believe it’s healthy and I will not do it.

Anyways, I weigh 170 lbs and I want to lose 30 lbs more to hopefully regulate my period and be at a healthy weight. I have recently became a vegetarian. Does anyone have success with regulating hormones from giving up meat? What other diet recommendations do you have that have worked? Thanks!
