Having more than usual nausea and af is due tomorrow. No cramps.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

It can be both. Morning sickness doesn’t typically appear until around 5-6weeks along but if your HCG is high enough to be having morning sickness then you should be able to pick up pregnancy on a test.
