When to test for pregnancy after IUI?

Question

We did not trigger so I don’t have that to worry about this month as I ovulated the day before they were expecting. I’m eight days past my IUI. When is a good time to test? I’m taking progesterone suppositories and if I’m not pregnant I want to make sure to stop those so that I can have AF and get started on the next round.

I waited until 15dpiui as requested by my OB nurses. That made me two days late for my period and I got a blazing positive. 9w2d pregnant with twins!

I've tested positive as early as 11-12 days post IUI.

My RE said 14dpiui but I also had a trigger shot.
