PRENATAL VITAMINS??

Thinking in preparing myself to conceive 🤰🏼 I wonder which are better? Please let me know your experiences

I used the nature made. actually I still do because I'm still breastfeeding. I recommend starting to take them right away,  taking them for at least 3 months before conceiving can help you not be so nauseous once you do become pregnant. it also increases your chances of conceiving (I think mostly just because if your body is healthier you are more likely) GOOD LUCK!

Basically my doctor said any prenantal with DHA, folic acid, and iron was fine

I took the second one with my first , but once I saw my doc he gave me a prescription prenatal that had more folate than the otc ones!

I took nature made too... my doctor recommended them.  I’ve always stuck with products with USP or GMP labels... not sure if that first one has that or not. I’m ttc again and taking them now.

i’ve taken both after getting pregnant and they both were great, whichever .. youd like but i know folate and DHA are super important so if one has a higher dosage maybe that one ..

I’m taking the Rainbow ones. The Nature made made me nauseas after each dose, it was tough to have to finish the bottle, if I were pregnant I wouldn’t have finished the bottle.

I'm pregnant and taking the nature made ones. They are quite big so if you have issues swallowing pills they do make gummies.
