Pain, help!

Ladies please help. My lower abdomen hurts (kind of a burn). Every few times when I pee it is super hard to do, like I can pee but I have to push pretty hard. I also have all the symptoms of a uti. I burn, I cant empty. But the obgyn says my urine is fine so she can't prescribe me anything. She even consulted with another Dr. And now they are closed for the weekend and I'm stuck in so much pain! Please help I hurt so bad! I am peeing every time I try to go though I can always get out more than a dribble.
