This may be a rather dumb question, but if you are on birth control pills, Aubra if that makes a difference, and you end up starting your period the SAME day that you started your sugar pills does that mean anything? Like maybe that they're not as effective or something?

Nah, girl. You are supposed to start your period when you begin the sugar pill week. That doesn't make your active pills (the first 3 weeks) or your inactive pills (the sugar pills) any less effective. I used to start my period on the second sugar pill day, but everyone is different. If I am correct, Aubra is a very low dose form of birth control and that is probably why your body is so quick to start it's withdrawal bleeding. It moves out of your system quicker since it is a low dose, making you bleed faster than someone like me who is on a high dose pill. Not a dumb question at all! Birth control can be complicated af. I hope this clears things up a bit for you!
