Hunting Season - should you be required to wear orange?
Deer hunting season has begun where I live and nearly every year at least one person is killed or injured from a shooting accident. Often the person shot was not wearing orange or other bright color. Legally of course you are required to know what's behind where you are shooting - but if that person is wearing camo or other not obvious color and walking in the woods, should the hunter still be at fault? Usually this is the scenario, where another hunter dressed in camo designed to blend in and not walking on a path or making noise is shot by mistake. Should everyone be required to wear orange?
