When to announce?

I’m about 11 weeks with my twins. When did y’all announce? I’m so nervous I’ll miscarry.

We’re 18 weeks and haven’t announced to the world yet.  I’m waiting until my 20 week ultrasound to make sure everything is going ok first.  
We had some heart anomalies show up completely unexpectedly on our last pregnancy at our 20 week ultrasound and it lead to us losing that baby at 24 weeks.  So I’m being extra cautious this time around and keeping it quiet as long as possible.

11ish weeks I started feeling flutters.  At around 16 weeks I felt them more definitively.  I mostly only feel baby A, baby B is a lot more quiet...which worries me, but I hear it’s totally normal.

I'm going to be 12 weeks tomorrow. We announced at 8 weeks. Im always afraid of having a miscarriage because I've had 1 before but I also have 2 healthy children ages 10 and 7 months.

My parents knew right away around 4-5 weeks but soley because they were watching our one year old daughter while we went into the ER for cramping and spotting! When we came home we were both white as ghosts! I handed my mom the paperwork and she skimmed over it and put it down in her lap. I was like “mother..... did you even read it?” She goes “well how am I suppose to know what any of this means?! I’m no doctor!” 😂🤦‍♀️ then we just stared at each other and she’s like “what?? Tell me now” and I just held two fingers up and she was like “what?!?!” So they found out right away. 😂😂
As for announcing on social media we’re waiting till 16-18 weeks! Whenever we get around to it but we’re sending out postcards first to close family and friends the first week of October and I’ll be about 15-16 weeks  :)
