Food Poisoning Mini Comic

Cake • It's called the American dream because you have to be asleep to believe it.
This spurred from a reply I left on someone's food poisoning topic. I WAS going to paint today, but instead this happened. 
It's based off of my first experience with food poisoning. I thought I was dying, but that's still no excuse for bad grammar.
