Lower stomach pain

Okay ladies, so I’m on the pill and I’ve taken it everyday so far haven’t had sex since I got it until last night.. my boyfriend and I didn’t use a condom but his pull out game is strong. This morning I woke up tile my pill and went back to sleep, I’ve been experiencing bad pain In my lower stomach, the pain feels a little like cramps but my cramps are more intense. When I’m sleep I feel nothing but as soon as I wake up the pain starts immediately. Ive threw up three times today but it was just clear because I don’t really have anything on my stomach (I tried to eat but I don’t have an appetite) I also used the bathroom and that shit didn’t help. Can anyone shed some light for me maybe.
