It can take a while for them to break through. Really depends on the baby. My son has had bumps for a few different teeth since July and they still haven’t broken through. He just keeps getting new bumps in when he has teething signs.

My little girl didn’t get her two bottom in until 8 months old exactly. Both on the same day. Then a week later, the top two came in the same day also.
