Sooo angry

I have sent numerous emails asking for assistance to retrieve PDF reports from “glow premium “. I was told there was an issue because there was a bug in the system. I have postponed gyno appointments due to needing info from these reports. What’s going on with glow!!???

I pay money for this app yet I’m not able to use it as I need it.
