first time on birth control

so im taking it cause i need to regulate my periods to be regular, i used to menstruate like 2-3 times a year, and i’ve been taking it for almost a month and my first pack is about to finish. im not used to consecutive periods or pms symptoms to be so strong but my breasts have been SO tender for 2 days now 😣 is that normal? since i assume once this pack ends, im gonna have my period again, its kind of weird and new to have such symptoms so fast or so strong. it feels like i JUST had my period a couple of days ago, and now i have to go through that again!!?
