Anyone else have this happen?

Need some reassuring here...

Hoping someone else has had similar symptoms at some point in the first trimester. I'm about 8 weeks 5 days.

I'm currently experiencing cramping that feels like it's coming from inside my vaginal cavity. Sitting is a bit uncomfortable and activates it, that and puts more of a strain on the round ligaments.

The only thing that has happened is the hubs and I had sex the other night and afterwards there was a lot of pink discharge, including a couple stringy bits. Since then I've been spotting brown and having a difficult time moving for longer than 20 to 30 minutes without getting crampy and seeing more brown stringy spotting.

Is this just me and just this pregnancy? I still have sore boobs and some slight nausea on and off. I've had two ultrasounds, one over a week ago, and there was a heartbeat at both.

The ER found I had an infection almost two weeks ago and I had similar symptoms, and as soon as I started taking the antibiotics they stopped. No more cramps, no more spotting. Is it possible to get a reoccurring UTI infection?

So confused here. None of my other pregnancies were like this. After three miscarriages I'm not sure what I should be worried about and what I shouldn't be worried about.
