Nursing for 5mins every 3-4hrs?!?!

So in the past my baby has nursed for up to 40mins from one side or 18/21 in a single feeding & nursing frequently.

But in the past week her feeding schedule has been very far apart and she’ll only nurse for 4-6mins at a time.

I just fed my daughter an hour ago but I’m still feeling very engorged so I put on the Hakka pump and I got 4oz out from one breast in just 5minutes.

So I’m wondering if I’m engorged because she’s decreasing her feeding and maybe something is wrong or if she’s eating shorter and less frequently because she’s getting enough milk at a quicker rate than before???

Should I be concerned? What can I do about the engorgement?
