Beta hcg

Hey everyone. I’m 12dpo and my due to history of early miscarriage, my midwife ordered a beta hcg. It came back at 73. Does anyone have experience with hcg this early? Is 73 normal for 12dpo? Period due in 2 days and praying it doesn’t show. Pics of my tests this morning for reference.
