So hard to not worry

So where I'm from we don't get early pregnancy care so we get a midwife appointment around about 8-9 weeks and a scan at 12 weeks . So I'm paranoid about HCG levels I keep reading about , paranoid about everything !all I have is a positive test to say " yes you are pregnant" ! I'm overjoyed to be pregnant I just never realised j would worry so much! This is baby #4 and I'm 6 weeks and 1 day
