How far apart would you ideally want your babies to be?

I said I’d never have another baby because my pregnancy was so awful, but now that he’s here I’ve realized im meant to be a baby factory!! Lol my fiancé is on the same page and wants another baby fairly soon but we haven’t discussed how soon. Our man is about to be 3 months old. Ideally, how far apart would you want your babies to be?

My oldest is going to be 6 this week and my new one is almost 4 months. I wanted a less than 2 year gap but it didn’t work out that way. I’m so thankful for every single thing that my 6 year old can do for herself  so IMO the more independent the better. I’d probably say 3-4 years because I do still wish they were closer together cause what 15 year old wants to hang out with a 10 year old? 😕

I found out I was pregnant when my son was 3 months old. I’m now 23 weeks pregnant with an 8 month old 🤷🏼‍♀️ wouldn’t change it for the world!

I had 5 kids one year apart from eachother. It was hard but worth it because they're super close

My kiddo will be somewhere between 21 and 22 months when I have my second. Maybe could have stood to be a few more months apart, didn't really think about how hard it would be to entertain a younger toddler during morning sickness (with him, I only got it when I was super stressed from trying to do too much at work) and how hard it's getting to lug him out of his crib and up onto the changing table and in and out of the car seat a gazillion times a day (he's 28 or 29 lbs). Otherwise, I'm liking how close they'll be.

I had originally wanted about 3 years between our kiddos. When my daughter was 1, my baby fever started kicking in and I had to fight it a while to get my husband on board. We are currently 13 weeks along and they will be about 3-4 months shy of being 3 years apart.
