Can’t express milk from one breast

I asked Dr. Google and didn’t find anything relevant to the issue I’m having, so I figured I’d try here!

My right breast the past couple of months has become the slacker boob. It used to be the breast that was my top producer but now my left breast steals the show.

Well, I’ve been hand expressing due to a couple of things and I can get 2-3 ounces out of my left breast but my right will barely produce an ounce.

The thing is, I CAN FEEL THE MILK IN THERE! I have large harder spots that I assume are milk in my milk ducts, so I’ll massage and stimulate and maybe get a couple of good expressions, then nothing.

My daughter (9 months) has also been more fussy on my right breast, like it’s not coming fast enough or the milk doesn’t last as long to satisfy her. But again, I can feel the milk in there!

It’s driving me nuts! Any help, tips, similar experiences?!
