Meal planning/ healthy dinner ideas?

Hi guys! I’m 6 weeks PP and I’m down 20 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight. I had really bad hyperemesis and lost 30 lbs during my pregnancy. (Good and bad thing lol!) but now that my sons here and I’m breastfeeding I’m more mindful of what I eat. I don’t eat chili (I’m in New Mexico and that’s in literally everything I eat). I genuine don’t know what to eat outside of red and green chili dishes 🤣. Can you guys drop some meal ideas or recipes that I can try out? Family recipes are my fav! I’m open to anything but I’m severely allergic to mushroom and cucumbers (boo). I just need stuff that won’t make my stomach sick and maybe help me lose healthy weight !
