Birth control

I started the pill back up after 4 years in April. I had my son in February. Ive had nothing but trouble with it. Ive never missed a pill and take it the same time every morning. Ive gotten pregnant twice on it and have miscarried both times. And we are definitely not ready for another baby. I'm also bleeding about 16 of the 28 day tablets. Randomly and for various lengths of time. Never have an actual "period" during placebo week. Im highly considering Nexplanon. Im scared to death though. Has anyone else had it and liked it?
