As if pregnancy isn’t already kinda stressful I’m due in 9.5 weeks and have two weeks to find a new place to live. So my old landlord sold our apartment right from under us with no warning even after knowing I’m about to have a new baby. We were told this Friday then Saturday came around met our new landlord who just flat out told us he’s gonna raise the rent from $900 to $1300 for our crappy 2/1. Which we can’t afford and we never planned on moving from here until we had enough money to buy a house. Now I’m so stressed out I don’t know what to do I’m only working part time until I go on maternity leave in November and my husband works hard and this just adds more to our plate of stress. I just don’t know how we’re gonna find some place to move and be approved by October 1. We even talked my little sister into moving with us to help cover rent so we can expand our budget from $900 to $1500 so we can get a 3/2. I’m just tired of being tested by life at the wrong time, I’ve already got Bell’s palsy from stressing so much like what else is gonna happen to us in these next few weeks.

Edit: I think we might have found a place if we’re lucky with all the paperwork should be moving within the next few weeks 🤞🤞🤞

Edit #2: We found a place and got to move in the same day!! So done stressing out new apartment is a 3/1 with a laundry room and backyard already so much better then the last apartment.
