Who all did birthing class to help with labor?

So I wasn’t planning on taking any of those classes but as labor grows nearer the more scared I get....I figured let nature take its course she’s coming no matter what and women way before didn’t have these classes...but now I don’t know maybe I should do it....😬😬😬

I read that most women will forget everything they learned anyways when shit starts going down. Listen to your body and pay close attention to how you normally breathe when you get anxious and then work on that, whether it be deep breaths or panting like a dog.

I didn’t like it, it was too long, but I liked breastfeeding class.

I wish I had, Ive just been binge watching YouTube videos. I was hoping my husband could go to one with me and it just never happened.
When I get anxious, I tell myself the same thing. Women everywhere have successful births and never take classes or even know that they are pregnant sometimes 😂
