How likely would it be to have a Fake Period?

August I was 12 days late and I thought I was pregnant but all the tests were negative and I finally started what seemed like a normal week long period. Then September I was 2 days late, so I took a test and it was positive and 3 others positive too. Here we are middle of September and I already have a baby bump and everything...

so that makes me wonder if I’m further along that I think😬

I’m waiting for my Dr Appointment next week and I guess we will find out how far along I am 🤷🏼‍♀️🤗
