Very short period or implantation bleed?

Yesterday I started my period 3 days early and it only last about 30hours. I’m just getting off BC ask I thought it may have been due to that. The blood was never bright red or really flowed like it normally does. It was mostly dark red, almost black, and kinda dry/sticky. You know what I’m talking about. The way it looks towards the end of a period. I’ve literally only used 3 pads this entire “period” (couldn’t even use a tampon because it didn’t seem appropriate for the blood) and none of them filled up more than half the pad.

Is implantation bleeding like that? Or is it wayyy less? Like just a few drops-a teaspoon of bright red blood?
