nipple discharge?

has anyone else experienced nipple discharge as early as 4 weeks? i noticed my nipple felt wet and saw a wet spot on my shirt. lifted it up and saw a little crusty spot on my shirt where my nipple was touching lol queezed my other nipple and an almost clear milky sticky discharge came out. both my nipples are leaking?

Oh my word, same! I was 4 months along with my first and I was 2 months along with this one when it happened, so weird!

I just got some today like what the heck. 🤨 I remember it being 'early' with my first at like 14-15 weeks. But this is just ridiculous.
