nipple piercings!

hey guys i’m having a really hard time, i got my nipples pierced a few days ago & i really need some help! i’ve been cleaning them in the shower moving them around & i cannot get some of the crusty blood that is till stuck on the nipple. i have been using sea salt & warm water, i’ve tried tea tree oil, & bactine, nothing is helping me take off the crusties. it is also a little painful to where i feel numb & want to faint. 😅 can someone help a girl out please? 😭
