How long after night feeding
How long after night nursing sessions do you hold LO in an upright position? Mine nurses once in the night and goes right back to sleep. I've been holding her up for 15-20 mins after in hopes of avoiding gas issues and spitting up. I'm not sure if this is still necessary (she's almost 16 weeks). Just a tired mama looking for more sleep. Thanks!
