I would try and wait until the day your period is supposed to start, to get closest to the most accurate reading

You’re supposed to test after you miss your period. Personally I get pregnant super early (last pregnancy they dated conception to three days after my period ended) so my faint positive at 6dpo which was so faint I didnt believe it was right, I got a more obvious faint enough to show my husband at 7dpo but be aware most women don’t get them positive that early
