Just had my son april 12th 2018. Just found out i am pregnant again. What are the risks/complications of getting pregnant 5 months after childbirth? Slightly freaking out. What are some things i can do for this pregnancy to help a great outcome? I did have gestational diabetes and i have high blood pressure but on medicine. So i do know i have to start the low carb diet
