What kind of alarm do you use?
I have an alarm set on my Fitbit. On a normal day I wake up with this just fine!
But it seems like I have just been sooo tired lately that I have been sleeping through it...
Meaning I've missed 7 AND 8 dpo 🙄
What kind of alarms do you ladies use to temp in the mornings??
