Need another opinion

I am on cycle day 15 and have been tracking for the past 5 days I felt like I was getting really close on day 3 from the strips but yesterday and today they are totally negative😭 I have the two digital clear blue tests and the past 5 days I've had a flashing smiley face on one & an empty circle on the other?! Has anybody else had this? it's asif I was about to ovulate and just stoped?🤔😭
