22 weeks pregnant and rash on neck

Hey guys! Was wondering if any of you guys think this might be a rash or something else. It’s really dry and flaky and randomly itches. In person it’s a dark red ring. I can’t get in to see my doctor until Thursday due to the tornado that hit us.
