Cramping and spotting

For the past week I have been cramping for about half hour to one hour after intercourse/orgasm.. I’ve also been spotting when I wipe for a week now. Not enough that’s I need a panty liner, but just enough for me to see when I wipe after bding. I’m on cycle day 69 now and tested negative when I initially missed my period. Anyone experienced this before and turned out to be pregnant?
