Gross pic, but need my insanity

I'm seeing my gyno in a few hours but I'm losing my mind right now. I went to the bathroom and had this when I wiped (after bm but def vaginal blood). It was only one wipe, nothing after. I'm 14 week's today.. Any insight? Google is my enemy right now.
