Gonal f question

I know you guys are going to tell me no ( which is probably why I’m posting this) but how wrong would it be to take my last gonal f shot. I had my US today and only have one egg ready and a few small ones and I’m tired of TTC! I have my iui on Wednesday and wanted to just take the last one before it’s time for the trigger shot. Ugh I really want to! Would it really make a difference?
