Venting 😭 any encouragement welcome

I’m 39w3d & was told I’m halfway effaced, baby is very low, but not dilated today.. I would have sworn I’d be at least completely effaced and maybe dilated a tad with the contractions I had yesterday. They weren’t strong but still 😑 is it bad I’m kind of let down? I’m so ready & feel bad bc I don’t want to sound ungrateful or anything.

Has anyone else been told this & baby still came soon? Just really hoping I won’t have to be induced, but also not sure how much longer I want to wait 😩
