SWEETS!!!
I am dying over here craving EVERYTHING I shouldn’t! 😩 All I can think about is eating something delicious like cake, ice cream, brownies, cookies— ANYTHING.
My salad and chicken for lunch definitely did not hit the spot 😕 I even ate a small piece of 70% dark chocolate— didn’t help.
What do you ladies do to get your sugar craving fix? Any healthy tips?
