Clotting and bleeding no cramps

I am in the weird place of limbo as I wait for blood work. I woke up with clotting and bleeding (6&3) and went to the doc and gave blood this morning. They will look at my levels and let me know and possibly return in 48 hours for a retest. I haven’t filled a pad but there is light blood and a few clots almost every time I use the bathroom. I also don’t have any pain. Just the normal cramping I’ve had the last few weeks. I don’t really have a clear question, just need someone/somewhere to talk to about this while we go through the process.
