Advice?
So i’m going to see a therapist soon for the first time and my mom said that the first time that my parents will have to be there. what if i don’t want them to be there? do they have to come with me? i’m 15, is there a rule that i can’t be alone with my therapist because i’d be much more comfortable being alone with them. what should i expect for my first time?
