Good girls guide to great sex. I'm not Christian

To give a brief history I've been with my husband 6 years. We had sex about once a week in the beginning of the relationship but I'm not a very sexual person. I like to masturbate but I don't like sex. I find it physically uncomfortable and a waste of time when I could be doing useful things around the house, etc.. Before we got pregnant my husband and I would have sex maybe once every other month. After I gave birth we have had sex once in the past 5 months. My husband has always wanted more sex but he doesn't push it on me and I've always appreciated him for that, however lately he's been bringing it up more and I've begun to see how much it weighs on him to not have sex. So I've decided to do some research to see if I can make it less of chore for myself and I came across a book with great reviews called "Good girls guide to great sex". My only concern is that it seems to be a Christian book and I'm not religious. Has anyone read this and could you tell me if you think it would be useful to someone who isn't a Christian? If a lot of the solutions are prayer based its not going to do me any good.

Or does anyone have other resources that might benefit me?

Thanks!
