I have a whiny DRAGON!!!

So this is my newly 3 year old. She just made 3 in August on the 17th... she is such a CRYBABY! all she wants to do is NURSE & watch TV... I literally want to cry myself, because all she does is WHINE & cry over everything 😩 idk what else to do... I’am so sick of her wanting to breastfeed still. I didn’t even think I still had milk to produce but I clearly do, because she gets milk out & I hear her gulping it. Someone please recommend some ways to help me get her OFF OF THE BREAST!!!! Also, what are so ways to help with her whining? She whines over every little thing.. & now she is starting to hit her dad & I if we discipline her! HELP! PLEASE! ASAP!😢🙄😐
