Gonorrhea?

Just found out I had gonorrhea got a shot for it like almost a week ago but I’m having a Panic attack please how do I stop having a panic attack? My mom is very sick and she can’t help

This is probably late advice but I’m feeling chatty. Could be good or bad in this situation. If you have another one you can try grounding: 5 things you see, 4 things you touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell and 1 thing you taste. If you want to calm down faster splash very cold water on your face, you can also put your face in the water for a few seconds. Cold water. If it goes on for a while, exercise. Also yeah, distract yourself with music, movies, tv. All that jazz

Take calm, slow and controlled deep breaths (there are several videos on YouTube that are good for this), try to find something else to focus on (I usually put on a movie or tv show that relaxes me) and try to consider your situation logically.  Gonorrhea is very treatable as long as you take the right medications for it which it seems like you've done already.
